About Me

I am a stay at home Mom to three beautiful children. My life is really blessed! I am starting this blog to be a helpful resource to other families out there who have received the difficult diagnosis of Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome. It is also to record the daily struggles and trials that come along with raising children with food allergies.
My oldest has no food allergies. My second had FPIES to rice/oats and had milk/soy protein intolerance through my breastmilk. Recently, I had another baby who I am afraid is headed down the same path as my FPIES child.
